Mr Bleki works within the Frontline Service Delivery Monitoring Branch in the Presidency. He is responsible for organising meetings of statutory bodies and ensure that decisions taken in these meetings serve before Cabinet. He also provides vital support to the President for various activities related to public participation and accountability mechanism, such as Presidential Monitoring visits (Siyahlola), Presidential Working Groups, Izimbizo, Presidential Special Projects and other programmes and activities.
Prior to this he was a Deputy Director for Frontline Service Delivery and Monitoring at the Department of Monitoring and Evaluation. He also worked as an Assistant Manage for Public Participation & Public Relations Unit in the Presidency. His public sector career began as a Community Liaison Officer for Local Economic Development in a local municipality.
He believes the master's programme will equip him to be a change agent within his field.
