Senior Monitoring and Evaluation Officer – Anti-Corruption Commission
Highest Qualification: BA in Development Studies and Public Administration, University of Zambia.
Ms. Mbuzi’s job entails spearheading research, monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of the programmes of the Anti-Corruption Commission in order to provide relevant and timely information to management, relative to achievement of strategic objectives outlined in the institutional Strategic Plan and National Anti-Corruption Policy (NACP). She is also involved in the engagement with high ranking Government Officials in order to obtain key Governance information as well as give feedback on the performance of key government institutions relative to objectives of the NACP.
Her previous job as Corruption Prevention Officer entailed the facilitation, design and execution of research programmes on the occurrence of corruption in private and public sector.
Ms. Mbuzi is confident that the MPhil will enhance her skills in public policy research and design and strategic leadership in the public sector which are key in the effective execution of her duties.
