Rosewita Katsande is a gender and socio-economic justice activist with a passion for making a difference in other people’s lives and bringing about change in communities. She believes that the youth have a role to play in building a better world. Rosewita has worked in the field of youth development in Zimbabwe for over 10 years. Currently, she is the Programme Manager for the Youth Empowerment and Transformation Trust (YETT) where she provides on-going support to
youth and youth organisations in the areas of programming for youth and organisational development. She has gained vast expertise and experience in project management, advocacy, strategic planning, organizational development, conflict transformation, partnership building, research, capacity building, governance, human rights and leadership training. Rosewita has proven leadership skills, involving, managing, developing and motivating teams. She is a highly motivated leader with a passion for innovation and excellence. She holds a Master of Science Degree in Public Administration and Honors Degree in Politics and Administration, both from the University of Zimbabwe (UZ).
